Fundraising

Philanthropy is crucial to biomedical discovery. Every dollar given has exponential impact.

Research is expensive, and the level of funding from traditional vehicles, including federal funding, has stagnated over the past decade.

I am an ardent advocate for private philanthropy to support the high-risk, high-reward research that is vital to push the boundaries of our knowledge of human health and disease, leading to much-needed breakthroughs in biomedical science.

I am proud to bring my bioscience expertise and relationship-building skills to support fundraising activities, both for the basic sciences — providing the foundational knowledge that is essential for all advances in human health and well-being — and to translational and clinical research — relieving suffering and improving quality of life across all human experience.
